for some this jump may seem challenging, but its not. as soon as you gain confidence you'll move on to bigger and better jumps. if you hurt yourself while jumping off a post box you need kicking up the arse.
 when you land your jump add a roll on the end, this will support your weight and help take the force of hitting the concrete

free running is not just doing huge gaps, try other things like getting up walls quicker and jumping over rails and benches. this will help boost your confidence for other tasks.
